1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 77vb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 77vb website located at https://77vb.club and all associated services, products, and features available through the platform. By accessing the platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2. Eligibility
To register and use 77vb, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

- You are a natural person residing in Bangladesh and are accessing the platform from Bangladesh. 77vb is not intended for use outside Bangladesh, and players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
- You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the account. Each account must belong to, and be used exclusively by, the registered individual.
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of 77vb, or an immediate family member of such a person, in a capacity that would give you access to material non-public information about the platform's operations.
- You are not subject to any self-exclusion order currently active on 77vb or any other platform, and you are not a problem gambler who has voluntarily or compulsorily excluded themselves from gambling services.
77vb reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any stage of the registration process or at any subsequent point during a player's use of the platform. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed, 77vb may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any funds pending investigation.
3. Account Registration and Security
Each player may open only one account on 77vb. The registration of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure. Players must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and must promptly update their account information if any details change.
Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 77vb will never ask for your password via email, telephone, or any channel other than the official login page. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it.
Identity Verification (KYC)
77vb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identities. You may be required to submit verification documents including but not limited to a valid National ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification before any of the following:
- Processing your first withdrawal request.
- Approving any withdrawal above a threshold amount that 77vb determines at its discretion.
- Where 77vb has reason to suspect unusual account activity, potential fraud, or identity misrepresentation.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
77vb facilitates deposits and withdrawals through selected Bangladesh mobile financial services and bank transfer options. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept transactions in foreign currencies and does not operate a foreign exchange function.
Deposit Rules
Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. 77vb reserves the right to return a deposit to its source and to suspend the associated player account if a third-party deposit is detected. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may be adjusted from time to time at 77vb's discretion. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their mobile wallet or bank provider in connection with a deposit transaction.
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:
- KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal and may be required again at any time at 77vb's discretion.
- Any active bonus wagering requirement must be met in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be approved.
- 77vb processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the platform at the time of the request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment channel and verification requirements in effect at the time.
PAYMENT NOTE
All deposits and withdrawals on 77vb are processed in BDT via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer channels. 77vb does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page and are subject to change.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
77vb offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion and to the general bonus rules set out below. Players are advised to read the bonus terms in full before claiming any bonus. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of the applicable terms.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on the bonus promotion page.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied in full.
- 77vb reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a bonus already credited to an account if evidence of abuse, exploitation, or violation of these Terms is found.
- Players who are self-excluded or whose accounts are under investigation are not eligible to receive or claim bonuses during that period.
- Bonuses may not be combined with other bonuses unless the promotion explicitly states that combining is permitted.
77vb is not obliged to offer any bonus to any player and may discontinue any promotion at any time without notice. The availability of a bonus or promotion to a specific player is at 77vb's sole discretion.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Players are required to use the 77vb platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Opening or operating more than one account on 77vb, whether under the same or different personal details, for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or any other reason.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or any other platform interaction.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or conduct any form of match-fixing or chip-dumping in poker or other card games.
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds, or using the platform in any way that facilitates financial crime.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
77vb monitors all account activity and reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. The determination of whether conduct constitutes a violation of these Terms rests solely with 77vb, and its decisions in such matters are final.
7. Responsible Gaming
77vb is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. The platform is designed for adult entertainment only and is strictly limited to players aged 21 and above. 77vb provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from every player account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. 8. Intellectual Property

The 77vb brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are proprietary marks of 77vb. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including in domain names, social media handles, advertising, or promotional material — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77vb shall not be liable to any player for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service provided through it, including interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 77vb's reasonable control.
- Loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from software errors, network outages, or device incompatibility.
- Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages, even if 77vb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 77vb's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. Where 77vb is found liable despite the limitations above, its total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to 77vb in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
